Mark Warner says technology is a top priority. Warner gave the
keynote speech Tuesday night at the DNC.  The former Virginia
governor called upon the Democratic party to invest in science and
technology. He electrified the crowd with success stories. During his
tenure as governor Warner created jobs by delivering broadband to
rural areas. He said new technology would also be beneficial in
schools. Warner is currently running for the Virginia Senate seat
being vacated by the retiring Republican Senator John Warner (no
relation).
