Video: Elon Musk is launching Astronauts into Space on Wednesday

In a historic mission on Wednesday, Elon Musk’s SpaceX will transport NASA astronauts to the International Space Station. President Trump will be attending the launch. NASA will use SpaceX’s Dragon Demo-2 spacecraft. This is the first time that a private space company will be launching humans to space.

SpaceX was founded by Musk in 2002. So it is remarkable that in 18 years they are in a position to put humans in space. This will be the first launch of Astronauts from America in nearly 10 years after the end of the NASA shuttle programme.

The crew will take about 19 hours to reach the International Space Station
