Crowd’s Voice: Karnataka rated the best on COVID-19, Punjab rises massively

Over the last few weeks, it was crystal clear that Karnataka was the most consistent state till date. Gujarat which started strong petered off to the middle after a bad 10 days. UP too which was leading at one time but with its doubling rate at 9 days, it has been quietly rising up the ranks. Bihar with half its population appears to have managed better. The biggest jump has come from Punjab which has doubled cases in 2 weeks. The worst performers are Bengal, Rajasthan and Delhi. Delhi and Rajasthan have too many cases and Bengal has issues with Transparency.
