Achievements as a MLA

Facilitated the construction of railway overbridge for pedestrians from Opera House to Birla Krida Kendra at Charni Road Station.

Using the MLA fund, constructed senior citizen park at Hanging garden and also upgraded the Children’s Playground at Kamala Nehru Park.

Worked towards the opening of Birla Kreeda Kendra Auditorium at Chowpatty. The auditorium has been hub of culture and arts in Malabar hills and has been closed for many years. The MLA arranged a fund of Rs 1 Crore for the renovation of the auditorium which was opened for public in 2015.

In effort to make healthcare accessible to entire community, Lodha foundation operates medical vans across Malabar Hills. These vans acts as a mobile clinic. These vans organise free medical camps for 2 hours each in morning and evening with provision for free medicines and diagnostic tests.

Initiated reopening of Sharda Mandir High School which has been closed for many years in  Gamdevi region.

Started 24*7 helpline for Malabar Hill area constituents. The 1278 helpline number aides the people to register civic complaints to make the administrative system more responsive and accountable.
