Achievements of Vimla Pradhan as MLA
With the help of MLA lad fund, the MLA of Simdhega started the construction of “Sanskriti Bhawan” in Saraswati Shishu Mandir of Simdhega. The foundation stone for the construction was laid on 19th November 2018
On Tree Plantation drive started by the Forest Department, MLA Vimla Pradhan took up the initiative of tree plantation near the bank of river Tamra Palamara. During this drive students of Tamra High School planted around 1000 saplings. The drive was initiated on 3rd July 2018.
Inaugurated the project for the construction of road from Rokedega Bilingbiri to Tamra. The region falls under Palkot block of Simdega constituency. The work was started by the MLA on 9th April 2018.
Inaugurated the newly constructed “Didi Cafeteria” in Simdega. The purpose of the café is to empower women and make them independent and self-dependent. The Café was inaugurated on 15th February 2018
An Assembly Committee headed by Speaker Dinesh Oraon chose Simdega MlA Vimla Pradhan for ‘Excellent MlA’ award for 2017. The BJP legislator had in her previous term served as Minister of Social Welfare, Women and Child Development and Tourism under the leadership of Arjun Munda. Link
